What does AllergySweep do?
AllergySweep is an indoor environmental management company. We establish and maintain (domestic/residential) environmental controls for those with persistent (indoor) allergies and allergy related asthma. We are the first company in the United States dedicated solely to improving the quality of life for people struggling with persistent allergies and allergy related asthma.
What is the goal of AllergySweep's service?
To reduce and neutralize bio-contaminants to levels near or beneath the patient's sensitivity threshold, so you can breathe easier and sleep better, TONIGHT!
How does AllergySweep accomplish this goal?
AllergySweep created a process based on the protocols set forth in EPR-3, The Diagnoses and Treatment of Asthma. AllergySweep targets specific high risks allergen reservoirs (bedding, carpet, upholstery, HVAC, et al) and through a process of filtration, extraction and neutralization, AllergySweep has successfully reduced the allergen load by as much as 90 percent.
Is this something the “patient” could do themselves?
No. Patients will generally lack the skillset and equipment to accomplish the task. Patients, however, can perform a number of simple chores that will preserve the integrity of a freshly swept space. See our "Things You Can Do" section. .
So AllergySweep treats different surfaces for settled contaminants, what about the airborne stuff?
AllergySweep utilizes a multi-dimensional approach that captures both settled and airborne contaminants. We call them Air scrubbers, and we take out what we kick up.
What type of equipment does AllergySweep use?
AllergySweep utilizes the most technologically advanced HEPA filtered extraction and air filtration equipment in the industry.
What chemicals do you use?
None, all AllergySweep solutions are all natural and guaranteed free of VOC's, perfumes, agents, regents and are 100% biodegradable.
Is this something that will need to be repeated?
Yes, depending on individual sensitivities. Some patients are fine with twice a year treatments, while others may require quarterly treatments. See our "Things You Can do" section for some helpful info.
Is this covered by health insurance?
We are working on that.
How much does this cost?
It really depends. Everybody and every situation is unique. AllergySweep offers a complimentary risk assessment. We will come to your home and gather information based on YOUR lifestyle to determine what your cost would be.
